Weeks 1 - 4:
Two workouts per week: Learn the exercises with correct form and build the foundational strength necessary to complete the entire program to your greatest capacity. Each exercise in the program comes with 3 difficulty levels to accommodate the beginner TRX athlete, up to the most advanced. Each workout will focus on either Strength, Endurance, or Metabolic Conditioning to get the best response for your physique and capability.
