What: 6 Weeks of TRX Classes at Excel Fitness
Where: 102 Boulder Crescent (2nd Floor), Canmore, AB T1W-1L2
When: Wednesday nights from 5:00 - 5:50 pm
Next Session: February 21 - March 28
Run Down: Each class will consist of full-body strength and endurance exercises, with some short cardio intervals sprinkled in here and there. The goal is to create lots of core activation and stabilization in all the major joints to improve performance in our favorite mountain activities as well as prevent future injuries as much as possible! Great abs are a fun and pleasant side effect.
Who: Anybody is allowed at any fitness level, but space is limited to 7 people.

How Much: 6 Week Session is $90 ($15 per class) + GST
