*Children welcome for TRX Lite (please bring toys/snacks).
*Packages are somewhat flexible, depending on space. If a session is not full, you can make up a missed class in a different session.
Extras: Weekly newsletter included, weight, measurements, and body fat percentage analysis optional for those who are looking to lose weight.
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 9:30 - 10:30am
Children Welcome: Kiddos are welcome to hang out on the side during this class for no extra fee! We'll have some toys, but please bring any of their faves and some snacks with you. They can be in the room with us, or can watch a movie/show on Netflix on our iPad in the side room.
We'll work massively on core strength to improve posture, back pain, and balance, as well as consistent strength work toward those sculpted arms, abs, and legs that we all want. There will be some small bouts of cardio here and there, but no burpees. ; )
Who It's For:
This program is designed to be challenging, but a little less intense than the bootcamp class. It's ideal for anybody just easing back into a fitness routine, pre and post natal moms, or those who workout better a little later in the morning.
Mondays thru Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00am
JUST ADDED: Monday Nights 5:45 - 6:45pm
Each class will consist of full-body strength, endurance, and/or metabolic work, with some high intensity intervals sprinkled in. The goal is to build strength and capacity, burn calories, and define those muscles! Great abs & high calorie burn are a fun and pleasant side effect.
Who It's For:
This program is for those with busy schedules who need to get their workout in early. It's for people looking for a great, challenging workout to get the most bang for their buck. We'll work hard, you'll get results, and you won't be miserable doing it. All levels welcome!

Run Down: This is the same kind of class as mentioned in the TRX Bootcamp session above, it's just located in the south end of Louisville: inside Upstage Dance Center in the Melton's Shopping Center!

Frequently Asked Questions
I've got a current/recent injury. Can I still come?
As long as you're cleared by your doctor to workout and you let me know of your injury before we start, I can give you modifications or different exercises in place of anything that might exacerbate your issue. We'll work around it to keep you moving in any way you can, as long as you're up front with me about your status.
What if I've never done TRX?
Since 2006 I've trained thousands of people on the straps and most of them had never even seen a TRX Suspension Trainer before. I'll introduce everything and teach you how to operate the straps on your own, as well as how to choose the intensity level that's right for you.
(As a Master Instructor for TRX, I've also trained thousands of fitness pros how to do the same thing with their clients.) Don't worry. I've got your back.
What if I'm a pretty advanced athlete already?
If you're already advanced and used to working with the TRX Suspension Trainer, all you have to do is let me know. We have weights to load you up with more resistance and I'm stoked to be able to throw all the advanced options your way!
What if I've got a busy schedule?
I've got lots of options for registration for this very reason. You can come anywhere from 1 to 20 times during the month, just pay for what you think you'll use. Keep in mind you won't be reimbursed for any unused classes at the end of the month, so please think realistically before you buy. You can always add more classes on after we've begun.
What will I get out of these classes?
You'll burn calories, increase strength (which turns into more visible muscles for those of you who want to "tone up") and get a noticeably stronger core. If you're coming to a couple classes per week you'll start to create a new routine for yourself that your body will want to continue. These classes are a great way to get the most effective, efficient results possible to start your day.
I'm not a morning person...
I'm not either, but trust me: we'll warm up so you've got time to wake up and we'll get this ish done first thing so that you're burning more calories throughout your day. It's hard to get up in the morning, but as soon as you get going, you'll be fine. Working out first thing makes for a far more productive day and evidence shows you tend to want to eat healthier after you've worked out. Or come to the Monday night class.
I want to come but I've got childcare issues...
You can bring your kid(s) to the TRX Lite class at 9:30am classes! Please email me if you're interested in bringing your child with you so I know how many to expect.
I want to gift this purchase. How do I do that?
Option 1: If you want it to be a surprise for a certain date later, purchase the package and put YOUR email address in at checkout so you get all the confirmation details sent to you. You can decide when you want to reveal the gift & tell them when you're ready.
