This package includes both Clubs 1 & 2 - an 8 week progression to a stronger, fitter you.
Fit Club 1 (Weeks 1 - 4): Learn the exercises with correct form and build the foundational strength necessary to complete the entire program to your greatest capacity. Each exercise in the program comes with 3 difficulty levels to accommodate the beginner TRX athlete, up to the most advanced. Each workout will focus on either Strength, Endurance, or Metabolic Conditioning to get the best response for your physique and capability.
Fit Club 2 (Weeks 5 - 8): Picking up where you left off in Club 1, Club 2 offers you new tools to track your progress and performance capacity. We’ll introduce new exercises and combinations to keep your body evolving. Working on some harder strength moves, we’ll also be focusing on maintaining stability in tougher set ups to really challenge your core!
