The third section of the Flash Fit Clubs program. Eight Advanced TRX Workouts, 2 Per Week. Learn these advanced exercises with correct form, build your foundational strength, increase your physical capacity, and transform your body!
Each new exercise in the program comes with multiple difficulty options to accommodate various TRX athlete capabilities. Each workout will focus on either Strength, Endurance, or Metabolic Conditioning to get the most effective & efficient response for your strength, physique, and capability.
